So when I am working on a project day in and day out for three years, I’m bound to have some bad days. It’s life and learning how to deal with those frustrating moments when equipment fails, subjects don’t cooperate, bad weather rolls in, and the world conspires to make you fail is a major challenge for a long term project like this. Take a quick look at this week’s episode of Behind the Lens, Dealing with Bad Days, to learn just how I try and deal with that frustration.
Lang says
Bad days? I remember bad weeks. In fact, during one sound recording expedition, I had a whole month of high wind and thunderstorms. Everywhere I went, bad weather followed me. It felt like a curse. I finally headed home and at that point the weather cleared everywhere I had been. Go figure!
Drew Fulton says
Hey Lang, yeah, I know I’m going to have those days/weeks but hopefully I can avoid bad months, though it will probably happen at some point. With audio there are a whole lot of other things that can go wrong that don’t apply to photo or video and its a whole new situation!
